Broadcasting your DiJi-messages
In order to broadcast a message you will have to have created a message first.
Broadcasting is very easy, yet powerful. You have many options on how to configure
your broadcast.
Let's explain how it works:
 |
The first section is how to name your broadcast for your future reference.
You need to select which message that you are about to broadcast. This is a list
of all the messages that you have already created.
Here is the list of the braodcasts that you have created so far.
You can see if the broadcast has been sent, is sending or is waiting for the date
to send it.
You can edit a broadcast by clicking the edit-symbol, delete it by clicking the
recycle-bin. |
Now the powerful configuration of the broadcast in detail:
 |
Services is a list of all the activities/services that your business is offering
to the clients.
These checkboxes are connected to the "SEND TO"-options.
"SEND TO" is where you select the clients that are to receive the broadcast.
"Not Had Service" is if you wish to promote a service that clients haven't tried
yet.
"Have Had Service" is exactly the contrary. It will only target those clients who
have had the services that you have check-marked.
"Customers No Show" is targeting all clients that have missed an appointment.
"Include DiJi's Clients" will target all your customers!
"DATE RANGE" is to specify that you only want to broadcast to clients that have
had, not had or missed an appointment between the dates that you specify.
"RECURRING" is if you want the broadcast to repeat.
"BROADCAST METHOD" let's you choose the way your messages are sent in this broadcast.
"START DATE" is when the broadcast should start.
If you have a special upcoming event, you might want to set the start-date to a
week before the event.
