Adding a reminder

Adding a reminder is probably what you are going to do most in DiJiJog.
Therefore, we have designed this functionality with a lot of care.

It's very simple to use. Just follow my footprints below and I will show you...

As you may have noticed, there are help-buttons practically everywhere in all dialogs. They are there for you to quickly find out what is expected of you, without you having to read this help-document.

Let's start with the customers firstname, lastname.

Of course, we will need to know the phone-number in order to being able to send Text(SMS)-messages.

An email-adress is also good in order to send email-reminders.

When is this appointment happening?
Date is selected by pressing the calendar-button.

The time of day is selected hour separately, minute separately and at last select the morning (AM) or afternoon/evening (PM).

Should we send an email? Yes, then see to it that the box "Send Email" is checked. If not, unchecked.

Same goes for the "Send Text" (SMS) checkbox.

At least one of them need to be checked. Otherwise the system can't get the message through to your client.

Press save to enter the reminder into the system.

Below the dotted line, the messages will be shown as they will be sent out at the time of the reminder.

To change the contents of the messages, you need to go to the "Admin & Setup Area". In there you can change the template to your liking.

We have provided you with a general template in order for you to being able to get started immediately, without having to spend hours configurating first.

You can tweak a little now and then as time goes by and you notice that you actually aren't as busy calling customers to remind them of their appointments.

Below is the list of set reminders. You can press edit, if an appointment has been changed.
